Phoned to enquire if our Dishwasher could be looked at as it was leaking.
The office staff were very helpful and advised me that a Service Engineer would contact myself, which he did very promptly. We arranged a time to visit and the Engineer arrived and fixed the fault.
I cannot express my gratitude enough as we did not want to have a busy weekend without a working dish washer. From the time of my initial phone call until the machine was repaired took just over 4 hours, I was expecting them to say they could only visit on Monday at the earliest This was superb service and will certainly be using this company again. I would highly recommend.

I phoned early morning to ask if they could install a commercial cooker. They called back quickly advised that they could be with me within the hour and arrived on time. They were most efficient and advised me of what they were doing all through the process. Very good company and would highly recommend. Apart from having the new cooker you wouldn’t have known that they had been on the premises. They left everything tidy and clean.
